Jane Keddy
Jane Keddy is a printmaker, textile artist, author and teacher living on the north shore of Massachusetts. She studied graphic design at MassArt, but is primarily self taught.
The media she works in include: silkscreen prints, hand-painting on silk with dyes, shibori, batik, ecoprinting, collage.
Jane offers workshops in silkscreen, shibori and ecoprinting in Gloucester, Massachusetts and at Indigo Ridge Dayton, Maine
Jane also published, in 2019, Serial Monogamy: an illustrated memoir, which chronicles her search for love and family from the 1960s to the 1990s, culminating in her quest to become a single mother by choice. The book is illustrated with her own drawings, photographs and prints as well as cartoons by her best friend Eileen.
